You are here : Introduction / Being in Touch
Staying in touch can with what is happening RAF-wise can sometimes be difficult. To help make things a little easier, hopefully, we have in this section put together a list of links to those organisations you might find of use.
Keep an eye on the RAF Families Federation website homepage and news listing for up-to-date news and developments, (the website is updated daily) The site carries stories of interest to anyone in the RAF family or associated with it.
The official RAF website offers a plethora of information on all thing RAF including aircraft, stations, history etc
RAF Airspace is a a controlled access community website for serving RAF personnel, senior retired officers, reservists and their families.
The MoD website site offers information on all three services, it also now acts as an umbrella site for many organisations who, until recently, had their own sites, for example RAFCOM and Defence Estates.

It would be remiss of us if we did not draw your attention to the RAF Community Support pages on the RAF MoD website which is available to all via the Internet. RAF Community Support has over 1,000 pages of useful information and links that cover a vast range of family-related issues. Where possible, we have linked our site to the relevant RAF Community Support items but, if you can’t find what you are looking for here, their pages may well have the answer.
BFBS has always had the intention of informing and entertaining military personnel, whereever they may be in the world. Now on DAB radio and with more TV channels they increasing their reach. BFBS as well as being good entertainment and will carry items of new and interest and have a relevance for the whole Service Community.
RAF News is the newspaper of the RAF. It is published fortnightly and available from newsagents. Price 70p.
