Relocation Leave
Relocation Leave is an authorized period of absence granted to Service personnel posted between theatres on non-operational tours of duty to facilitate the settling in/relocation process for themselves and for their families.
Relocation Leave is in addition to Annual Leave and for the purposes of this type of leave there are 3 theatres: the UK, NWE and the Rest of World.
On assignments between theatres, or from an overseas location to another overseas location, for a normal tour of duty, 10 working days of Relocation Leave will be granted.
Service personnel assigned within GB and NI will be granted one day's Relocation Leave which will be factored into the assignment automatically.
