The RAF Armed Forces Continuous Attitude Survey (AFCAS) 2026 closes on 2nd February 2026. With just one week to go, we encourage people who’ve been invited to complete the survey.
So far, 24% of the 7,312 invited RAF personnel have responded. Last year, 37% took part and every additional response strengthens the evidence we can use to influence RAF and MOD decisions. If you’ve been invited and haven’t yet completed AFCAS, it’s really important that you have your say. Your views directly shape initiatives aimed at improving the lived experience and addressing the issues you’ve told us matter most to you.
What’s in it for me?

People are CAS’s and the Senior Team’s highest priority. AFCAS is the main vehicle for providing feedback to the Air Force Main Board. Every response matters. To make the changes you want to see, we need clear and robust evidence of what matters to you.

How do I take part?
To find out if you are one of the Regular Service Personnel invited to complete this year’s survey you can type in your Service Number on the Continuous Attitude Survey Eligibility Tool. Alternatively, go to MOD Lime Surveys and select AFCAS RAF 2026 or use the direct link.
Those personnel invited to take part should also receive a reminder email in the week of 26th January.
Even if you have not been invited to take part this year, we would still like to hear from you. The tool will direct you to a shorter survey for you to have your say.
