The Secretary of State for Defence laid the Armed Forces Covenant Annual Report 2019 before Parliament today (20 Dec).
The RAF Families Federation supports RAF personnel and their families on a daily basis, including Covenant-related advice.
Director of the RAF FF said:
“It is really good to see the issues that the RAF Families Federation has raised being clearly reflected in this 2019 report – from dispersed families, to the quality of Single Living Accommodation and the availability/cost of childcare. We are hopeful of more announcements on how the Covenant will support forces personnel and families over the coming year as it is passed into law.”

Full Annual Report
Since the Covenant was introduced in 2011, there have been myriad new initiatives by central and devolved governments, and local authorities, in partnership with charities and the private sector across the UK. These continue to run and deliver results for the Armed Forces community. You can read the full annual report online (below).
