DIO has sent out a letter of apology to anyone living in Service Accommodation, who has submitted a complaint in the last six months apologising for the service levels received.
We know many of you have not been receiving the standard of service you should, and have been meeting with the contractors and Head of DIO Delivery to outline the impact that has had on families, and support you through the system. It isn’t good enough, and it is our top priority to help you and hold those delivering services to account.
