We are looking for a Customer Care Manager (CCM) to manage the Customer Care Team ensuring that all supporter, beneficiaries and non-supporter responses and enquiries are processed to agreed targets, delivering an excellent standard of customer care that enhances value and ensure that the team do what matters to the customer, for the benefit of the Association.
