We are recruiting on behalf of RAFA Kidz (a wholly owned subsidiary of the RAF Association) a professional HR Officer with relevant and recent TUPE experience. This is a new role and reflects the growth in RAFA Kidz and its acquisition of existing nursery settings and the creation of associated additional children’s services such as childcare, out of hours support and childminding. The post holder will liaise with various stake holders across the business including functional specialists and all TUPE project teams.
