We are looking for a Major Gifts Manager to develop a major giving programme, achieving significant income growth from high net worth individuals.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the candidate will continue to develop and implement a strategic framework (strategy, plans, budgets, forecasts, KPIs and evaluation and monitoring systems) and key operational building blocks, processes, systems and protocols. Using a pipeline approach, they will develop and manage a major giving programme to achieve agreed income targets.
