We are looking for a Supporter Marketing Officer (Individual Giving) (SMO) to contribute to the planning and execution of channel-neutral personalised supporter journeys and marketing campaigns, which maximise supporter value and retention. They will assist in driving a step change in delivering coherent through-life supporter stewardship and in growing sustainable income from individual giving (£900K pa in 2019 to £2.75M by the end of 2023). In addition to this, they will play a key role in the planning and execution of other supporter stewardship activities, as required.
