2 weeks left for AFCAS 2019
You’ll be aware we’ve recently helped circulate the FamCAS survey for family members to complete. This news post is to give a last call for the AFCAS (Armed Forces Continuous Attitude Survey) with just two weeks left of that survey to run with a closing date of 18th February ’19.
AFCAS is your opportunity say what you think about life in the RAF today: To include the good – and the not so good.
Air Marshal Mike Wigston CBE DCom Cap & AMP&C said:
“As the Deputy Commander for Capability, responsible for all aspects of RAF Capability including people, equipment, infrastructure and training, your views will highlight to me where we should prioritise our efforts. You can help provide the evidence needed to make the case for change.
“So, YOUR VIEWS ARE CRITICAL. The more people who respond, the more evidence the RAF has to drive through the changes we all need.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete. Please take the opportunity to have your say.”
Please take time to share your thoughts – your views count, you still have time to have your say. Don’t miss out – closing date 18 Feb 19.
Last year’s results
In 2018 over 3000 personnel provided feedback, the results are available online.
We present these results to the Air Force Board Executive and tell them what’s good and bad with Service life from your perspective, the results are also used by many different groups trying to improve Service life, including: Armed Forces Pay Review Body, Armed Forces Covenant Team, Service Complaints Commissioner, National Audit Office, RAF Families Federation, Armed Forces People Programme Teams.
Please take time to share your thoughts, your views count, don’t miss your chance for AFCAS 2019, you still have time to have your say. Closing date 18 Feb 19.
Spouses/civil partners of serving RAF personnel can also have their say by completing the 2019 Families Continuous Attitude Survey (FamCAS).
