Are you or someone you care about finding it tough?
The RAF Association has taken positive action to help the happiness of the RAF family – with their free UK-wide mental wellbeing training programme. The courses are specifically designed for the needs of non-serving members of the RAF family and take a practical, down to earth approach.
To minimise non-essential travel and increase social distancing during the current coronavirus pandemic, the RAF Association have taken the decision to run their Finding It Tough? courses virtually. For more information, please visit the RAF Association’s web page. You can also view videos below which may help relate to situations that people are experiencing.
The training is available for:
- Partners, parents, siblings and children (over 18) of anyone currently serving in the RAF
- RAF veterans and close family members
- Anyone (non-serving) working on an RAF base (MOD civil servants and defence contractors)
Participation is completely confidential. Book your free place today
