COVID Update on Support Bubbles

Children on roundabout

Here we share a really quick Q&A about the easing of COVID restrictions with the introduction of the concept of ‘support bubbles’, allowing single parents (with children under 18) to visit one other household.

Q.  My partner is deployed.  Can my children and I visit my parents, who in normal times are part of my support network?

A.  Under the new regulations, you are allowed to visit and stay  with one other family with your children as part of your support bubble. This would only apply to one household, so you could not, for example, alternate between your parents and your partner’s parents.
