e1132 Access Issue – information for SFA customers and e1132 users
Message from DIO – We are currently experiencing a short-term technical IT issue with initially accessing the online e1132 system. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing.
Most users can still access the system by using the Internet Explorer web browser and clicking on the link: Continue to this website (not recommended).

Please note, that the e1132 site is fully secure – and is working normally once users have logged in. Amey colleagues are able to access the site and e1132 work is being carried out as normal.
If you are still unable to access the e1132 – either by Internet Explorer (IE) or Google Chrome, please try accessing it from a different PC or try accessing the system via your Unit Welfare Officer.
Failing that, if your SFA application is urgent, please submit your application on a paper e1132 (which is available on Defnet (the Defence Intranet). Simply type in: ‘Apply for SFA’ in the Search Defnet box.
