If you are seeking to recruit new team members into your organisation from the Armed Forces community, why not join the Forces Families Jobs (FFJs) lunchtime webinar for employers on Tuesday 22 September from 12-1 pm? Meet the FFJ Team and hear how easy the site is to use (it’s also free).

Not yet heard of Forces Families Jobs?

Forces Families Jobs is a one-stop-shop for not only Service personnel leaving the Services during their first year of transition, it is there to do as the website’s name suggests – to promote job vacancies by forces friendly employers as well as training opportunities – for military family members. Partners of, other halves, military spouses and older children aged between 18-25 years of age can use the site with confidence that all jobs advertised are by employers that support and understand life in the Armed Forces.

Simply register your place online or click on the image below which will take you to a live link.

Benefits to you as an employer

As an employer you can have access to a hard working and resilient community who are committed, resourceful, strong and able to deal with ambiguity.

Have a look at this example from the NHS about the benefits of employing a military spouse.

If you are looking to make your Armed Forces Covenant commitments more meaningful, address some more of your diversity and inclusion targets or simply are committed to returning talented people to the workplace then we want to hear from you.

So, if you are actively looking to recruit for a role, or are interested in in finding out more, please email us at [email protected] All that we ask is that your company has signed the Armed Forces Covenant.

Family member looking for employment?

If you are a family member looking for job vacancies through Forces Families Jobs then you can join a separate webinar. Sign up using the same links above for a different date on Thursday 24 September and join the FFJ team (pictured below) between 12 – 1 pm.
