Highways England to support spouses with their ‘Returnship’ programme
Are you a professional who has taken a career break of two or more years and is now ready to return to work?
Highways England have launched their 2018 Returner’s Programme , ‘Bridging the Gap’, to enable talented professionals who have had a career break to return to work on a structured programme.
Is it for me?
During their six month ‘returnship’ programme, you will have a supportive line manager and a mentor, as well as coaching, to ensure you have all you need to be successful in a growing business.
Highways England offers opportunities in a wide variety of disciplines and supports flexible working options. Opportunities are available in a number of locations throughout England.
These opportunities are not only available to those who’ve had previous experience in their chosen field – it’s more about the work you’ve done rather than the industry you’re from.
Applications from military spouses with transferrable skills are welcome.
