We are looking for volunteers to take part in a one-off research session to help shape the design of survey questions. You will be asked to provide us with feedback about your experience of answering the questions through an interview that will take place at our office in either Newport, South Wales or Titchfield, Hampshire; whichever is most convenient.

The interview will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes. We are interested in speaking to individuals who are/have;

• Currently serving in the armed forces (regular or reserve)
• Previously served in the armed forces (regular or reserve)
• Completed national service
• Live on an armed forces base
• Live with someone who fits the above criteria

You do not have to be an expert in question design to give your views and we would be grateful to hear them.

Your personal information will be treated as confidential as directed by the Code of Practice for Statistics, and will not be shared with any third parties. Feedback you provide will be used to develop questions for official surveys. The information you provide will not identify you or anyone in your household. You will receive £20 as a thank you for taking part.

• Telephone number: 01633 455881 • Email Address: [email protected]

Many thanks, Bethan Jones
