Whilst limitations and restrictions are in place there is a general understanding by military families that Amey and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has gone to amazing lengths to maintain the critical aspects of the Service Family Accommodation (SFA) estate in good order.
However, despite efforts, there may be times when you feel the quality of service you receive or the standard of the accommodation you live in falls below your expectations.
