Survey live: family access to stations

Family access to Stations

Our new online survey is now live, looking into the experiences of RAF families in getting access to their nearest RAF Station, or other military unit.

We need your views

Are you an RAF family member who holds a pass (dependant’s pass or equivalent)?  What are the benefits of this for your family?

Or maybe you are not able to get a pass and would like to tell us what impact this has, if any?

This questionnaire is an important part of our research in this area. The information given will help us to understand potential barriers to families accessing facilities on their nearest military unit, and how this might affect them.  We also hope to identify what benefits access can bring to RAF families; for example do they value the ability to visit a HIVE, Community Support Centre, or leisure facilities located on a station?

The information that you provide to us will help us to advise policy makers within the RAF and MOD, so we want as many families as possible to get involved.

The survey can be completed by RAF Serving Personnel and their spouses/partners, who are aged 18 or older.
