21 September 2016There's still time to have input to the Future Accommodation Model

Back to list

Help the Minsitry of Defence (MOD) shape the policy on the future of accommodation for you as Servicemen and women. So, if you live inside or outside the wire, single, married or unmarried living with a partner, renting or even looking to buy your own home - we need to hear from ALL of you to help shape plans for the future. Closing date for Serving personnel to provide their feedback is 3 October.

A huge thank you so far to you as so far, the RAF has contributed very positively:

The MOD explains about FAM:

The way the MOD provides housing to its people is not equally attractive to all. The Future Accommodation Model aims to change this, bringing more choice and helping more people get the housing they need, irrespective of age, rank or relationship status.

We want to hear from Service personnel

The MOD wants to understand what Service personnel’s priorities are and which of the possible future accommodation options they might choose. Responses will help us understand what the future accommodation model could look like.

Complete the Future Accommodation Model survey online.

Please note:

  1. The survey will ask for a token to participate. The token you need to enter is your service number (this is case sensitive). Once you have entered your service number in the ‘Token’ field then you should press the continue button to complete the survey.
  2. Please launch the survey using the Google Chrome browser.
  3. The Future Accommodation Model survey can only be completed by current service personnel.

For further information please contact the Future Accommodation Model Policy Team, email People-Accommodation-FAMSurvey@mod.uk.
