The Head of Membership has specific responsibility for the leadership, management and development of membership activity and will help to drive the Association’s membership strategic direction. This involves implementing the delivery of the Association’s membership strategy of recruiting and retaining more current and former members of Our Air Forces and their dependents to become members and supporters of the Association, embracing traditional communities including our youth programme, and identifying new opportunities to support our continued growth.
