Speaking about the RAF’s ResCAS results, Deputy Chief of the Air Staff, AM Paul Lloyd said:

I would like to thank everyone who took the time to respond to this year’s ResCAS, the information provided is fundamental to the future of the Reserves offer.  The results show that the majority of personnel serving within the RAF Reserves are satisfied with their Service life…  May I finish by making it clear there is no doubt in my mind that the RAF Reserves are a crucially important and integral part of our Whole Force Workforce structure, and that the contribution made by the reserves to the delivery of RAF and Defence tasks is witnessed on a daily basis. The entire RAF senior leadership team are extremely grateful for the continued outstanding work from the RAF Reserves.

HQ Air Occupational Psychology team would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who took the time to complete the survey this year.  The more responses we receive the more robust the evidence will be to drive through the changes you want to see.
