A campaign has been launched to remind us where to access medical care for urgent and non-urgent needs to help alleviate the pressures faced by hospitals.
The Scottish Government’s ‘Right Care Right Place’ campaign has launched to encourage the use of the NHS 111 phoneline and GP services for medical conditions that do not threaten life in order to alleviate the pressure on the NHS.
With COVID-19 still among us, it’s important that we all access the right care in the right place to ease the pressure on our NHS. By using NHS 111 and GP services to avoid unnecessary trips to hospital and to allow people to access care as close to home as possible.
